Job Description
- Plan production activities, production meetings, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of products.
- Responsible for production output, output quality and on-time delivery.
- Allocate resource effectively to maximize production result
- Monitor operation and propose corrective action
- Supervise and motivate workers. Manage and train staffs.
- Ensure that health and safety policies are followed.
- Review staff performance.
- Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday and morning Saturday.
- Working location: Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a factory manager.
- Have experience of working with the Suit product (comple, vest)
- Have experience in the washing room
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- 5 years of garment quality experience in a manufacturing industry and a minimum of 3 years in managerial level
