Job Description
- Identify the needs of all HR aspects (HR policy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and training needs).
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Ensure the recruitment process meets the quality needs of Staff and Worker recruitment for all depts.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Working time: 8h00 a.m – 16h30 p.m for Monday – Friday, and Morning Saturday
- Working location: Dinh Cong Street, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi City
Job Requirements
- Skills and knowledge for Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as the same position in the garment industry
- Good in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build constructive and deferential working relationships
