Lead Industrial Engineering Department activities to maximize Man, Machine, Material, Method & Management to deliver Products & Services to Customer in a right time, quality & cost;
Coach and develop IE team members;
Build Industrial standards for highly effective People, Process & Performance;

Create new phase of “Lean & Green Manufacturing” practices & mindset;
Lead cross-functional continuous improvement project teams achieving result;
Maintain systems and processes to all ISO regulations;
Initiate necessary studies, researches & comparisons for appropriate proposal in terms of new machinery, equipment, methodology, system & technology

Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or Technical Engineer Bachelor or Master degree;
Experience of implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement project;
Communicate fluently in English & good presentation (speaking & writing);
At least 8 years experience in IE; 3 years experience at the similar position;
Competence computer literate (Microsoft Offices, Outlook, Drawing, Project management and PowerPoint
