Job Description

• Responsible for all technical issues of machine of whole factory include: set-up, control, maintenance, repair machine & spare-part
• Control spare-part machine stock
• Manage sewing maintenance team
• Work with Production team and related departments to fix all machine & equipment issues
• Prepare & conduct training plan about sewing maintenance expertise, labor safety, fire safety, 5S and other requirements from company policy
• Review performance of sewing maintenance staffs

Job Requirements

• Experience in industrial sewing helpful
• Attention to detail
