Job Description

• Collaborate with the design team and assist in the development of themes: discussions of concepts, ideas and style.
• Ability for interpretation concepts for designs.
• Research other clothing lines for inspiration.
• Detailed attention to CAD files, fittings, modifications, patterns and garment assembly.
• Intensive liaison with machinists for garment construction.
• Designing patterns according to our brand’s current measurements of size.
• Modify patterns according to the different sizes’ lengths.
• Ensure fit and grading consistency for every pattern.
• Supervise sample progress and fittings throughout its development.
• Create patterns by using computerized systems.
• Plotting and printing piece markers of cutting samples for production.
• Evaluate samples to ensure they meet construction and grading.
• Familiarity with European fitting size in inches.
• Deliver and meet deadlines on short notice

Job Requirements

• Graduate from university
• At least 3 years of experience in the same position
• Fluent in English communication
• Good at communication skills
