Job Description
- The garment manager is in charge of all garment manufacturing in the factory unit
- They must carefully review the product and look for errors in it
- Errors in production must be corrected immediately
- They are also responsible for packing the garments
- They must check the quality of the material and standardize it
- They have coordinated with the main office from where the production orders came from
- They have to hire employees to work for the factory and train them
- They must assign workers to different divisions according to their skills
- They have to appoint departments because there are hundreds of employees in a factory
- They must report from each of them about the work of the room
- They must ensure that all production objectives are met
- Safety procedures must be carried out by them in the factory
- They must contact management and workers
Job Requirements
- Prefer Local candidate (Vietnamese)
- Male/Female, strong leadership skills
- Fluent English communication
- At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position at Garment Company
