Job Description

* Report to: General Director

* Purpose of Job: Production manager make sure manufacturing process run smoothly, cost- effectively, ensuring efficiency, quality standard and delivering products on time

* Main duties:

• Plan production schedule for the job implementation and control the production schedule.
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed to determine the man & machine requirement to achieve the required efficiency, quality standard and delivery date
• Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement – Balance the factory
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures and good housekeeping practice (6S)
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Being a team player between superiors, subordinates and other depts
• Implement Cost Control Programs (all accessories and trims)
  • estimate production costs,
  • set production budgets
  • manage production budgets

Job Requirements

• Education: University
• Language: good English
• Knowledge of Computer skills
• Good knowledge of leadership and Garments
• Skills: management, problem solving skills
• Ability: teamwork, working under high pressure
• At least 05 years’ experience in Garment Factories
• Personality: enthusiastic , open minded, responsible
• Working style: active and industrious
