Job Description

• Work in close collaboration with factories to ensure efficient and effective product execution
• Provide leadership for in-house QA staff to promote team building and ensure consistent adherence to company QA procedures
• Closely monitor performance of in-house QA staff and Factories. Lead in problem resolution and problem solving
• Assist in building internal Auditor staff to support our Factory
• Assist in the development, training and leadership to move to a balanced QA/QC model and away from excessive product inspection
• Manage internal training and development of QA teams
• Coaching and supporting in-house QA staff in QA associates developing program
• Setting Goals for in-house QA staff, Follow up, review and evaluate QA staff performance periodically
• Supervising the quality of production lines in the group
• Preparing report of defects for upper level manager as well as to review with subordinates
• Managing all quality-relating problems in production process
• Working with relating departments and people, especially Production Supervisors to prepare for style-change
• Support QA for working with factories: Analyzing root cause of issue and provide solving/ improvement solution
• Training all new member of QA for working rule, inspection skill, making report.
• Ensure for running quality system as well as SOP requirement in all factories.
• Develop and implement the QA system in accordance with the Group’s standards.
• Personally audit and hold direct team accountable for following the standard procedures set in the Group QA system.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Department, Production Department to provide training on customers’ quality standards to QA/QC teams and all relevant functions; Hold regular examinations to assess understanding
• Regularly review internal and customer quality reports, and identify quality trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other functions to identify root causes to quality issues and provide support in developing solutions.
• Define and communicate the concept of quality mindset and establish measurements for assessing quality mindset.
• Monitor the relationship between ground QA team & Factories

Job Requirements

• At least 10 year experience in relevant position
• Bachelor Degree in Garment or relevant major (preferred)
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA/QC
• Good skill of computer /word/excel/ internet/ outlook/ power point
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion efficiently and effectively
• Ability to arrange manpower to locate proper QA at right factory
• Build up the team work spirit with leadership achievement.
• Excellent in English communication
