Job Description
- Monitor the process and quality of goods at each stage
- Introduce standards for evaluation, quality management of raw materials and finished products.
- Work with the production department, QC on product quality to minimize risks in the production
- Investigate causes and provide solutions to problems related to product quality, customer complaints
- Plan for quality improvement process with production department
- Organize and manage training & knowledge sharing for QC & Packing team
- Prepare reports related to the quality of goods each week and every month.
- Other assignments determined by the Management
Job Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor of Garment Technical or relevant degree (bags technology, printing, textiles or similar subjects)
- At least 4 years experience in Packaging / QC Garment industry
- Good in written and spoken English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to find faults
- Knowledge of corrective measures
- Proactive and high sense of responsibility
