* Cutting tasks:

Responsible for overall operations in the cutting department including CAD to perform day-to-day quality standards.
Responsible for the overall efficiency of cutting parts.
Optimization of manpower requirements in the cutting section according to load requirements.
Responsible for personnel training allocated to job allocation requirements.
Responsible for planning production, cut operation according to loading plan.
Responsible for supervising the activities of the CAD department for product marking efficiency.
Responsible for the use of custom-made fabric for each fabric use and saving needs created through efficient operation procedures and fabrication of fabric report for all orders. The goods are processed at the cutting unit.
Responsible for maintaining the MIS reports in the cut parts for daily management review.
Responsible to work closely with other departments to work daily and solve problems related to cutting department.

* Moulding tasks:

Troubleshooting and adjusting casting parameters to maintain maximum product quality and output
Leading a small group of people who perform daily production tasks, work planning, training, maintenance and continuous improvement
Performing problem solving to develop corrective actions for client problems or to initiate continuity improve
Coordination of tools and equipment available, repairs and maintenance
Ensuring hygiene and maintain a safe working environment in the casting room
Responding to problems by implementing technical solutions or repair mechanics
Maintaining positive employee relations and adherence to Company policies, safety and benefit standards hygiene practices
Coordinating with external suppliers for maintenance and repair of equipment and equipment
Implementing and managing all maintenance functions, including but not limited to prevention, adjustment and emergency maintenance on all injection moulding equipments
