Job Description

• Carry out construction projects by studying objectives and requirements; project integration and long-term work plan; land survey; calculate; listing materials and suppliers; cost estimate; preparation of construction schedule; apply for approval and direct support; coordinate plan, schedule.
• Supervise construction on site by issuing work orders; solving problems related to design; verify the material used by the contractor.
• Ensure compliance with the legal requirements of all construction projects.
• Ensure information is accessible by keeping records and plans; updated construction maps, drawings, raw materials and database of site parameters;
• Documentation of installation and repair work
• Provide information on the progress of the project by assembling and summarizing construction and material data, and coordinating action.
• Complete the construction tasks by completing relevant results as required.

Job Requirements

• Graduated in Civil Engineering and related subjects
• At least 5 years of experience in Garment companies
• Ability to develop, draw, and calculate design drawings in a proficient manner
• Possesses general counseling skills and good relations with partners
• Good communication skill
• Proficiency in English
