Job Description

• You coordinate the development and industrialization project plan.
• You are responsible of the manufacturing of the prototypes and you participate to the setting up of the technical file.
• You optimize the development cost of your products.
• You implement the industrialization process to ensure the mass production.
• You ensure the product quality in mass production conditions.
• You ensure and optimize the manufacturing organization.
• You manage the continuous improvement on your activity.

Job Requirements

• You are excellent in English. Speaking French is an advantage.
• You practice sport.
• You have bachelor degree or upper (preferable with major in engineering, quality, production or industrial management).
• You have experience in quality, development, production, sourcing, and merchandising.
• You adhere to deadlines and prioritize your actions.
• You are ready to make decision and responsible for your decisions.
• You are mobile internationally.
• Your understanding about production, especially in textile/ garment/ footwear/ mechanical product industries would be an advantage.
