Job Description
- Manage quality system and quality control activities
- Lead ISO process and continuous improvement and quality assurance projects
- Lead cross-functional team on projects. Communicate and work with all levels of the organization. Manage a large multi-function program or a set of projects. Interact with colleagues, suppliers and customers
- Do reports/ performance monitoring
- Handle customer complaint and nonconformance
- Training for quality, compliance
- Positively lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals
Job Requirements
- University degree, prefer major in Industrial Management or Garment, Textile, Printing Industries
- 3+ years experience in Quality Assurance. Experience in Printing, Garment, Textile industries is advantage
- Statistical knowledge, ISO9001, 14000, OHSAS18000 knowledge/experience
- Good communication in English
- Strong people leadership; interpersonal skill; problem solving skill
