Job Description
* People:
- Accountable for a consistent approach to training needs analysis (TNA)
- Develop comprehensive Training & Development plan aligned with TNA and commercial objectives
- Manage of internal & external capability programmes eg. Sales force and distributor
- Manage vendors, training coordination and facilitator resource
- Develop, manage and implement tailor made team & individual training plans to support performance management and capability gaps
- Manage the training budget for the function, including cost of training delivery, vendors and venues
- Contribute to the ongoing development and compliance of global standard practices
* Process:
- Review and upgrade of internal sales processes, ensuring effective and efficient execution
- Remove over complexity and un-needed process steps – avoid checking for the sake of checking
- Drive collaboration and communication between departments
- Ownership of the sales meeting cascade
- Ownership of front line sales reporting procedures
- Owner and distributor of the capability scorecard
* Tools:
- Work with related functions to ensure fit for purpose tools and support resources are available to the sales force
- Owner of Sales Force Automation tool
- Quality control for Sales Arguments and Sales Folder, collaboration throughout the design process
- Ensure all new tool developments are fully understood by sales force and trained before roll out, training or communication cascade
- Report to: Head of Sales (Expat)
Job Requirements
- University degree
- At least 5 years of experience in Training & Development. 2-3 years of experience in managing FMCG Sales Training will be added advantage
- Excellent English communication, presentation skill
- Driven to win, result oriented
- Mature & strong interpersonal skill
- Able to cope up with pressure in a very fast-faced environment
- Able to travel in the North region
