Job Description

• Manage training engineer and plant industrial engineers, instructors team
• Maintain direct and indirect labor standards
• Assist plant manager in building schedules: Machines analysis, work centers analysis, manpower constraint
• Improve productivity and plant efficiencies
• Manage cost savings projects
• Measure job content as necessary
• Develop layouts for new products or style changes as necessary
• Train and develop Industrial Engineers (GSD training, AMT training)
• Maintain standard procedures for manufacturing processes
• Maintain material utilization (Material usage)
• Lead process improvement & cost saving target at production area
• New style development processes
• Manage New Style introduction (NSI) processes
• Manage the GSD, NWI system to make sure that plant does comply with regulations regarding incentive
• SAH reconciliation monthly basis/ Perform other tasks related to the position of Engineering Manager as necessary
• Adjust monthly SAH
• Manage the GSD, NEW system to ensure the plant payroll prescribed by the Corporation

Job Requirements

• Education/Degrees: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Mathematics
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in a rapid pace manufacturing environment as an engineering manager
• Experience with GSD (General Sewing Data) or time study, Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Computer literacy in Microsoft, excel, power point, Fluent in English
