Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor manpower of sewing lines at the factory and report to production manager
• Responsible to train and guide the operators to ensure the proper handling
• Research and provide the hourly quota for all operators based on actual time study
• Check and supervise the operator during the sewing process to ensure they perform well their task
• Responsible to ensure that operators produce good quality products and produce more quantity
• Work with QC/QA Teams to ensure the quality issues
• Provide any guidelines o operators how to solve problem about quality and technical of products
• Manage and control operators to ensure they can follow the RFT during sewing process
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 15 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment company and min 5 years’ experience to work at management level
• Strong experience in sewing technique, garment constructions… for a variety of garment products
• Good at Chinese and English communication.
