Job Descriptions

• Responsible to measure and fit in dummy all samples that receive from factories/vendors before sending to buyer (photo samples, first fit, pp sample and TOP samples)
• Implement to submit both measurement and comments to buyer for sample approval
• Coordinate closely with both buyers and teams of factory related to sample progress until pp is approved for the bulk process
• Check pattern if buyer made pattern corrections from first fit to second fit submission, and ensure that factory follow the process
• Check the daily samples and then evaluate how many pass and reject, and communicate with both internal teams and buyer
• Communicate with relevant teams such as merchandisers and design team for updated cads and trims
• Attend the meetings with both internal teams/vendors/buyers as requirement of work
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
• Good experience and knowledge in fitting, garment construction and pattern making
• Fluent in English communication.
