Job Descriptions
- Responsible to develop training procedures for direct operator
- Manage and develop utility and trainer to meet the requirements of the factory
- Select and train direct operator base on AMT method
- Responsible to check and follow up the plan of factory, corrective action for training line, conversion line and complete performance indicators
- Work with related department to ensure to improve efficiency within the factory
- Coordinate with teams within the factory to implement process improvement projects
- Manage sample sewing plans.
- Develop sewing methods for new products
- Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday
Working Location: Thanh Hoa
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience to work at the similar position for Garment Company
- Good at skills in sewing and garment construction
- Can communicate in English.
