Job Descriptions

• Responsible to manage and control the quality of the whole garment processes
• Build up, develop and remain the quality system to control the quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to decisions/instructions via the daily production meetings.
• Responsible to guide and advise the floor in-charges and line supervisors related to quality & production
• Check and manage the process of cutting, sewing and packing quality status.
• Follow up on all the sample approval process and ensure the ontime shipment
• Work with finishing department to check the rejection percentage and decide any actions to prevent issue
• Work closely with the employees, supervisors and in- charges for motivating them for higher quality.
• Lead the training program related to quality between all departments and employees.
• Ensure the availability at the pilot appraisal & pre-production meetings to understand general and technical
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday  – Saturday 

Working Location: Vinh Phuc

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years’ experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company
• Deeply knowledge and experience in garment quality system
• Proven – experience in management, leadership, communication and problem – solving
• Fluent in English skills.
