Responsible to coordinate closely with the Quality teams and other relevant teams in both Vietnam and Head Quarter in Hongkong
Partner with Quality team of vendors in order to solve any quality issues, find out the root cause and implement to audit the processes and equipment of vendors in Vietnam based on the quality standard and regulation
Responsible to update and report including the technical programs and investigations
Advice and support Quality teams of vendors to implement quality standards and take any action arising both preproduction and bulk production
Work with factories to implement and ensure the efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods, safety standards, and safety compliance to improve and increase the quality of garment products
Lead the technical training program for vendors to update new developments and techniques
Involve to audit regularly the factory progress to ensure to comply with the organization manufacturing principals

Working Location: North Vietnam

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Graduate the Bachelor Degree or above the relevant majors in garment/textile technology
At least 5 years experience at the same position for garment buyers
Must have to experience to work outdoor products
Deeply knowledge and strong experience in garment and material construction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English skills.
