Job Descriptions

• Responsible for all washing plan of factory including making the plan to test the wet & dry sample, preparing the man power and machines, scheduling and implementing the bulk production…

• Research and find out the methods to ensure reduce the cost during the production process.
• Monitor and provide the training program for staffs within the department to ensure the efficiency and productivity
• Responsible to implement and analyze the feasibility to improve productivity and minimize rejection percentage before and during the bulk
• Responsible to ensure the quality of products as per the requirement and standard of customers
• Coordinate with other departments within the factory such as HR, Finance & Accounting, Production and etc….

• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience at the same position for garment manufacturing company. Denim/Jean experience is A MUST

• Deeply knowledge about the chemicals and washing & drying methods

• Good at English communication.
