Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor and evaluate merchandise assortment and research market demand in order to plan the potential sales
• Build and implement the sales plan and then support sales and promote profitable sales within the given market
• Responsible to create item and category planning; evaluate assortments and update if needed
• Be in charge of researching and analyzing the performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Make the plan and propose some promotional tools to improve sales and promote the performance
• Check and control the inventories and identify out-of-stock items in order to purchasing them ontime
• Plan to report to Board of Director monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Location: Nam Dinh

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or above the related majors such as: Business management, marketing…
• At least 5 years’ proven experience at the similar position for garment/textile manufacturing company
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, leadership
• Strong English communication skills.
