Job Description

• Responsible to monitor all the activities of the team to deliver and maintain the factory at the most efficiency, competitive cost and good quality
• Coordinate with relevant teams to build, improve and maintain working culture as the strategy of the company
• Be in charge of control and manage the cost reduction projects, and continuous improvement projects for the whole factory
• Responsible to build up and maintain the safe work areas and motivate for all employees within the factory
• Be a liaison between Vietnam Customs officials and the company for all relevant regulations and provide the suggest/advices/ideas for Board of Director (BOD) for any significant changes in Customs regulations Work closely with freight companies regarding product shipments.
• Attend required meetings and provide any necessary suggest/ideas/advice based on the business needs of the company
• Responsible to prepare the necessary facility support in order to serve launch of new products.
• Consult to BOD any policy or procedure changes to enhance the operation of the facility.
• Other duties will be assigned by BOD

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Central of Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience to work at the same position in the apparel manufacturing company
• Prefer candidates who own some Certificates/Licenses such as: ISO, Six Sigma, Lean…
• Proven – experience in team management, problem – solving, communication skills
• Fluency in English
