Job Description

• Responsible to make pattern making in assign items as per the requirement of customers
• Follow up on daily plan pattern making and ensure all staffs of Pattern Department to complete their assigned jobs
• Discuss with the Garment Tech team regarding to the the Garment makeup
• Provide ideas regarding the garment making
• Monitor and support pattern team for technology advising and correction
• Garment measuring before sending to the customer
• Responsible to report on pattern group daily/weekly/ monthly performance
• Work with Sales & Merchandiser Team to ensure pattern is ready for sample room to make sample on time
• Amending Patterns as per the customer comments
• Grading
• Work with Production Team to ensure pattern is ready for bulk production on time
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday 

Working Location: Bac Giang

Job Requirements

• At least 12 years experience to work in garment field with min 4 years experience at the same position for garment/apparel Company
• Fluent in software Optitex, Lectra, Gerber
• Good experience in garment construction, technical, fitting and pattern making
• Good at English communication skill and management skills
