Job Description

• Responsible for daily production to reach the target as schedule from cutting, sewing, washing finishing sections until shipment
• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
• Be in charge to ensure the highest capacity utilization and the minimum waste reduction
• Manage all processes for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time delivery
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure the smooth Garments manufacturing
• Responsible to setup sewing line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
• Manage and motivate all staffs to meet the target
• Coordinate with merchandising and sales team to solve any production issues that arising during bulk production
• Responsible to achieve maximum production by lowest cost
• Work with IE team for increasing production
• Other duties will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: HCMC

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years experience to work as the similar position for garment manufacturing company
• Must have to experience to work with Denim products
• Fluent in English communication
