Job Description

• Responsible to work with Design and Merchandiser teams to review design which received from customer
• Review and provide technical advice to Design and Production teams during sample development process, pre-production and bulk production
• Check and develop and product technical specification packages for fitting and garment construction
• Coordinate with Design and Merchandiser teams about any changes to ensure fabric quality, garment construction, fit-for-purpose, product aesthetics, etc.
• Work with relevant teams to evaluate on product performance standards as it pertains to brand integrity.
• Solve any problems arising pre – production and production to ensure deadlines and standards are met.
• Ensure that products are developed as per the requirement and standard of fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities and cost specifications.
• Approve or reject Red Tag and Top of Production submissions for vendors
• Support in the training of all aspects of Technical Design for internal team or Vendors
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process

Working Time: Monday to Friday 

Working Location: Hanoi

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years of technical experience for garment industry
• Good experience in garment fit, construction and patternmaking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
